A leading company in domiciliary care is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee service delivery and support compliance with CQC standards. This role involves supervising a dedicated care team, contributing to audits and planning, and offers flexible arrangements along with ongoing training opportunities. Ideal candidates will have experienced in senior care roles and possess an NVQ in Health and Social Care.
We are seeking a capable and motivated Deputy Manager to support our domiciliary care service in South Woodham Ferrers, currently delivering around 800 care hours per week. With a strong staff team already in place, this is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take on more responsibility and help drive quality and compliance forward.
You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to strengthen service delivery and ensure full adherence to CQC standards.
