Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager who will work with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding care and high-quality early education. You will help drive standards and engagement across the team, ensuring children, families and colleagues feel valued.

The role requires Level 3+ in Early Years and at least two years' experience; an Enhanced DBS will be funded. We offer a 4 day working week option and enhanced annual leave, plus staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant early years qualification Level 3 or above and minimum 2 years Early Years’ experience
• Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
• Exceptional ability and desire to lead delivery of first-class child, colleague and parent experiences
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children

What will the role involve?

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager team to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You’ll demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for success, supporting our vision to be the leading Early Years Provider. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and high-quality early education, ensuring that performance standards are consistently achieved. You will also drive the commercial success of your nursery where our colleagues, families and children feel valued.
