Job Title: Deputy Manager – Luxury Care Home

Location: Near Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or a Registered Manager looking to take a step back while still making a meaningful impact? I am seeking a committed and knowledgeable care professional to join a luxury care provider at one of their medium-sized homes near Sittingbourne, Kent.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the team and ensure high standards of care and compliance. This role will suit someone with a strong background in dementia care and a passion for delivering person-centred support in a premium setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service

Ensure compliance with all CQC standards and contribute to inspection readiness

Lead, inspire, and manage care staff to deliver high-quality care

Assist in driving the home forward as part of a focused turnaround project

Foster a positive and professional environment for residents and staff
