At Cambian Group, you’re not just working - you’re shaping futures. As a Deputy Manager, based within West Midlands, every moment you spend with our young people (ages 8–18) helps them feel safe, valued, and supported.
A simple "How was your day?", a shared laugh over a board game, or encouragement during a tough moment - these small interactions build trust and shape lives. Some days will be challenging, but every breakthrough, smile, and step forward will remind you why this work truly matters.
The home is registered to accommodate up to two young people. It aims to provide care for children with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties up to age 18. Hay Park will also ensure that staff receive specific training to meet the child's needs.
The home is part of Cambian Group and is committed to providing the best possible care. We are registered with Ofsted to provide residential care for young people up to 18 years old of either gender with behavioral, emotional, and social difficulties, including those affected by adverse childhood experiences such as trauma, neglect, abuse, or family breakdown.
Currently, the home is reopening and has no young people in residence yet. Our goal is to provide outstanding, individualized, child-centered care packages that empower young people. We involve them in planning and decision-making based on their perspectives and needs. Our staff build genuine relationships, and care plans are adapted as the young person develops.
Our vision at Hay Park is to offer the highest level of care in a relaxed, homely environment that fosters growth, self-worth, and development of skills needed for adulthood. We believe that fostering self-esteem and positive self-regard supports holistic well-being, enabling young people to develop their identity and potential.
Children thrive when they feel safe and cared for by genuine, interested adults. Our child-centered approach ensures they feel listened to. A welcoming, relaxed environment helps staff, young people, and visitors settle in and feel at home. This ethos guides our planning and care, tailored to each child's individual needs.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to change lives, one day at a time.
