A leading care provider in Birmingham is seeking a Deputy Manager to help oversee the daily operations of their care home. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting and a valid driver's license. This role involves managing a care team and ensuring high-quality care for all residents. Location: Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home
Salary: £36,608 per annum (based on 39 hours per week)
Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of Bartley Green helping to lead a team of Care professionals with passion and commitment. You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and your presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
