About The Role
Responsibilities:
As Deputy Manager of an adult residential home, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards. Your duties will include leading and supervising staff, managing rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. You will liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence. Additionally, you will assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
