A leading health care provider in Aston-on-Trent is seeking a Deputy Manager for their care home. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee nursing care, support the team, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working as a Deputy Manager within a care home environment, with a genuine commitment to adhering to CQC standards and expanding their professional development. You will have a real understanding of the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to residents' lives, and you'll champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to our residents.

The role offers a salary of £34,773 pa (negotiable dependent on experience/skill set), plus a £1000 Welcome Bonus. The benefits package includes:
