Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the care team at The Croft in Buckinghamshire, delivering person-centred care and ensuring safety and quality across the home. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to maintain high standards and support residents and staff.
The role requires at least 12 months right to work in the UK, experience leading a team of care assistants (and RNs if clinical), and QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care.

As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading the care team to ensure that the care delivered to our resident is safe,
supportive and person-centred.
You will
support to the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, assuming full capacity in their absence.
