Mitchells & Butler's PLC in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a Deputy Kitchen Manager to lead a winning team and deliver food to be proud of. You will train and inspire your staff, manage stock and assist the Head Chef to ensure menus are executed to a high standard.

Job description
