Join Our Team as Deputy Hotel Manager at Premier Inn

We are seeking a Deputy Hotel Manager to be a key member of our management team at Premier Inn, London Twickenham Stadium, on a 40-hour contract.

Role Overview:

  • Report to the Hotel Manager and act as their deputy in their absence.
  • Oversee daily operations across all departments including Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure guest safety, pass internal audits, and meet compliance standards.
  • Drive commercial practices, maximize revenue, and control costs.
  • Maintain brand standards and improve performance using guest feedback.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Engage with guests and coach staff to reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous management experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail, with a focus on guest service and business results. Experience in Food & Beverage or food services, knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety, is desirable.
