As a Senior Clinician or existing Deputy Hospital Director with extensive experience in Mental Health settings, this is your opportunity to join our team at The Chimneys in Bury St Edmunds. You will have the chance to build the team around you, help shape the culture, and positively influence how the service is run.
You will support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing clinical and non-clinical teams, and acting as the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance.
As a Deputy Hospital Director, you should have previous project management experience, overseeing Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital. You will deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the service. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will support the development of a high-quality, bespoke pathway of care for service users.
As a senior management team member, you will participate in the on-call rota, which may require out-of-hours visits for support and audits.

You will work at The Chimneys Clinic, a 12-bed service supporting women with emerging or personality disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote mindful practice, engagement, and recovery activities tailored to each woman's needs.
