BCG is looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in running a compassionate care home in the UK. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure delivery of high-quality person-centred care, and maintain regulatory compliance with Care Inspectorate standards.

As a qualified RGN/RMN with an NMC PIN, you will coach staff, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and act as a clinical lead when the Home Manager is unavailable. The role offers career progression within BCG.

Formación

• Qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Background in person-centred care planning within a care home environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach staff to deliver care.

Responsabilidades

• Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations and quality standards.
• Provide specialist nursing support and oversee resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
