Care UK is seeking a proactive Deputy Manager for Ridley Manor to lead and inspire nursing and care staff, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality pastoral care for residents. You will support the Home Manager and drive continuous improvement in a complex care environment.

You will guide teams through new guidelines, uphold governance standards, and regularly audit practices while fostering strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality pastoral care.
• You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.
