Position: Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Salary: £45k - £47k Per Annum

Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week (2 supernumerary & 2 x clinical shifts)

The Details:-

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will lead, inspire, and engage your team to deliver outstanding, personalized care and support to residents, enabling them to enjoy later life to the full. You will assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, rota management, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more. Developing and maintaining positive internal and external relationships and being a role model for staff are also key aspects of the role.

This service specializes in areas including neuro rehab, dementia, and physical disabilities. It is purpose-built and has a GOOD CQC rating.

We are seeking an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
