Salary: £16.77 per hour + 10% quarterly bonus

Our client, a reputable Nursing/Care Home based in Edwinstowe, is seeking a Deputy Manager to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded, 49-bed home that has earned a Good CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the care home
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the development of the care team, ensuring training and mentorship
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the home
