Overview

We are looking for a deputy manager to work for a home that provides care for the elderly. You must be RGN qualified. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience, e.g. Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression.

Responsibilities

• As deputy, you will be wholly responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the General Manager.
• You will be confident in communication, an effective leader, and a skilled clinician; committed to creating a nurturing environment for residents and staff.
• You will motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all-round excellence, ensuring that residents feel valued and safe.

Qualifications

• RGN qualified (Registered General Nurse).
