Vacancy: Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home)

Location: Keswick (Cumbria)

Salary: Up to £38,000pa + benefits (75% supernumerary)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 17.30

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead on all audits, both internal and external.
  • Support the Registered Manager at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
  • You will either have or be willing to work towards your NVQ Level 3.
  • You will have experience of working in the health care sector in a Care Home setting.
  • You will be driven, motivated and believe in quality of care.
  • You will possess strong leadership and management qualities with a dynamic and flexible approach.
  • You will have experience with quality issues and audits.
On offer / Benefits
  • Mainly office hours working - Monday to Friday - 9.00 to 17.30 (limited on-call).
