Overview

Florin Healthcare have partnered alongside a fantastic private elderly care provider for a Deputy Manager position in Plymouth. As a Deputy Manager you will work closely with the Home Manager and take on the Home Management duties in their absence as well as liaising with the clinical lead, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking compliance.

The service is a Medium sized elderly nursing, residential and dementia care home with Full occupancy! It is a top performing home with ZERO agency usage, a strong stable clinical team and a good CQC. There is also a strong, long term Home Manager in place, as well as a clinical lead, to support you.

Key details

• Must be NURSE Qualified
• Must have worked within elderly nursing services previously.
• Must have good leadership skills
• Circa 54,000 per annum (Negotiable DOE) + Benefits
• Mon - Fri 37.5 Hrs p/w
• Fully Supernumerary
