A leading care provider in Kingswood, England is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to oversee resident care and mentor staff. The chosen candidate will embody kindness and lead with empathy in a residential care environment. Key requirements include knowledge of national standards and experience in person-led care planning. As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person-led care planning within a care home. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.
