About The Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer exceeds professional standards, statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. You will take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service marked by empathy and excellence in addressing resident issues.

About You

HC-One seeks a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and experience in person-led care planning within a care home. Beyond qualifications, your positive energy, ability to connect with people, and mentorship skills are essential. You should manage your time effectively, maintain meaningful records, and communicate with kindness and consideration to residents and colleagues alike.
