Salary: Up to £38,000pa + benefits (75% supernumerary)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 17.30

Overview

As a Deputy Manager of this Residential Care Home in Keswick, you will support the Registered Manager by ensuring all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policies and by leading on internal and external audits.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure documentation and records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead on all internal and external audits and support audit readiness across the home.
  • Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and quality of care delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
  • You will either have or be willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working in the health care sector in a Care Home setting.
  • Driven, motivated and committed to delivering high quality care.
  • Strong leadership and management qualities with a flexible approach.
  • Experience with quality issues and audits.
