Vacancy: Deputy Manager (Residential Care Home)

Location: Keswick (Cumbria)

Salary: Up to £38,000pa + benefits (75% supernumerary)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00 - 17.30

Responsibilities

• As Deputy Manager, you will mainly be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policies.
• You will lead on all audits, both internal and external.
• You will support the Registered Manager at all times.

• NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in the health care sector in a Care Home setting.
