Developing care provider require a nurse registered deputy manager in the Dorchester area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential.

Responsibilities

• The Deputy Nursing Home Manager will help support the Nursing Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home and staff management.
• Oversee clinical compliance, medication management, change in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.
