Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment seeks a Deputy Home Manager for a residential children's home in the Manchester area. You will assist in leading the home, supporting the care team, and upholding safeguarding and high-quality care standards.

The role requires an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in similar settings. The salary ranges from £29,952 to £39,936 per year, with 36-48 hour weeks on days and nights.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Home Manager for a residential children's care home in the Manchester area.You will be working for one of UK's leading children's healthcare providers

As a Deputy Home Manager your key duties include:

• Support the Registered Manager in leading and managing the home
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care practice
• Support care planning, risk assessments, and behaviour management plans
• Build positive relationships with the child, staff team, and external professionals

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care + experience working in a similar role and setting**
