Job description

The Deputy Home Care Manager will be responsible for assisting the Home Care Manager manage a number of teams providing care for the people that require all ranges of support and care in the community.

They ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate and other regulatory bodies. They will assist in managing a team, ensuring best practice and assisting with coaching the team to do the same. This role is key to ensuring our service meets the needs of our clients/service users and our goal of providing high quality care service.
