Salary: Leadership Scale L14–L18

Contract: Temp to Perm or Permanent

Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a highly respected SEN school in Oxford to recruit a Deputy Headteacher who is ready to lead, inspire, and drive meaningful change. The School:

This is a specialist provision for children and young people with complex SEN, including ASD, communication and interaction needs, SEMH, and medical or physical challenges. Staff are passionate, the ethos is inclusive, and the ambition is sky-high.

  • A proven SLT member or Deputy Headteacher with a clear track record of impact
  • A leader with SEN experience, particularly in complex and challenging needs
  • Someone with DSL experience and a strong grasp of safeguarding responsibilities
  • A confident, proactive, and resilient presence who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative thinker with initiative, empathy, and the drive to empower both staff and pupils
