Job summary

Milton-on-Stour CofE Primary School seeks an outstanding Deputy Headteacher to join our ambitious leadership team. The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher to shape the strategic direction, drive improvement, and ensure every child receives high-quality education in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

The role leads teaching and learning, curriculum design, staff development, pupil achievement and wellbeing, safeguarding, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support developments across teaching and learning, curriculum design, staff development, pupil achievement and wellbeing, safeguarding, resource management, and engagement with parents, governors and the wider community.
• Shape the strategic direction of the school and drive continued improvement.
• Work in close partnership with the Headteacher to implement the school's vision, values and priorities.
