About The Successful Candidate
We require a Deputy Headteacher who will work in close partnership alongside both the Headteacher and current Deputy Headteacher in leading the school towards outstanding achievement through maximising pupil progress and attainment.
The Deputy Headteacher will be an outstanding leader with a clear insight into strategic leadership with a proven track record of school improvement. They will be keen for growth with high aspirations for self and others. Excellent management, organisational and leadership skills are a must with a history of being an outstanding practitioner who has taught across the primary age range.
There is a requirement for a thorough knowledge of all key stages and Statutory assessment and reporting arrangements, and the successful candidate must have high expectations for children’s behaviour, learning and aspirations and share a commitment to a values-based nurture-driven approach.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate that they have a passion to lead on a range of aspects from our creative and exciting curriculum that inspires and motivates children, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can motivate others, and be committed to the wider values of the school and community.
