Overview

Deputy Headteacher of a SEND school. You will provide clear strategic leadership from day one, set direction, raise quality, and keep children safe. You will lead a skilled staff team, work with governors or the Trust, and build strong partnerships with families, health, and social care. If you bring drive, judgement, and a track record of improving SEND provision, we want to hear from you.

Permanent, immediate start. Pay Scale: L15 to L19, £70,000 to £80,000 per annum. SEND School, Birmingham. Lead as part of the SLT.
