Job summary

Highfields Primary Academy in Burntwood is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to lead and shape our single form entry primary school. You will drive high standards, support curriculum development and develop staff to deliver an ambitious vision for every child.

Located in the heart of Burntwood, the academy is part of Primitas Learning Partnership, a collaborative trust, and offers strong collaboration opportunities, safeguarding commitment and ongoing professional development for leaders
