The Governing Body is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Headteacher to join our warm, supportive school community. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the drive to grow professionally alongside a new Headteacher. The successful candidate will be dedicated, forward-thinking, and eager to contribute to shaping a developing and ambitious Senior Leadership Team. At St Joseph's the role of Deputy Headteacher will also encompass the SENCO role. Governors are committed to training and support for the new Deputy as SENCO.
