It is a very exciting time to join our school and Trust as our brand new, state of the art school building has opened and opportunities within the Trust continue to grow.

Southam College is a high performing and oversubscribed 11-18 School set in the heart of Warwickshire close to Coventry, Leamington, Banbury and Leicester. In 2021 we were rated 'Outstanding' for the third time by Ofsted. In 2024, over 70% of all grades achieved at GCSE were 4 or above and nearly a quarter of grades achieved at GCSE were grade 7 or above. We are determined to build on this success by continuing to:

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our successful team. The successful applicant will be an inspirational forward thinker with a focus on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences and a belief in our ‘can do’ culture where anything is possible. You will be a talented teacher, with experience of senior leadership and be well informed on current educational developments and initiatives. Passion is at the heart of our practice and it is essential that you have the ability to enthuse and motivate those around you. Be the best you can be!
