Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for an experienced and inspirational SEN Deputy Headteacher to join a successful special school in Croydon. The school caters for students with a range of special educational needs, and the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of working with students with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of SEN professionals. They will also be a passionate advocate for the rights of students with SEN and will be committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
