St Francis Catholic Primary School is a joyful, inclusive community committed to providing a nurturing environment for all children. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in leading our school to further success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and management of the school.
2. Support the development and implementation of the school’s vision and values.
3. Lead and manage staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
4. Promote the welfare and safeguarding of all students.
5. Engage with parents and the wider community to enhance the school’s profile.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified teacher status (QTS).
2. Significant experience in a leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of educational policies and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
