We are recruiting on behalf of a School Trust that provides specialist education for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). They are seeking a dedicated Deputy Head Teacher to help lead their new primary provision in the North East.

About the Role

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will:

  • Work alongside the Head Teacher to set the strategic vision and direction of the school
  • Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality education and pastoral care
  • Develop a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Ensure students leave with a sense of pride and achievement
