Your Role in Building Brighter Futures

As Deputy Headteacher (Curriculum), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the trust's mission: "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish." You'll lead on key areas such as:

  • Curriculum design and development
  • Staffing and timetabling
  • Assessment and data strategy
  • Supporting teaching excellence across the school

You'll work alongside a Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral) and a wider leadership team including Assistant Headteachers, SENCO, and DSL, contributing to a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
