Roedean School in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced pastoral leader to join as Deputy Head: Pastoral and Designated Safeguarding Lead, shaping wellbeing and personal development of over 400 students in a leading independent girls' school.

As a key member of the Senior Team, you will lead the school's pastoral strategies to ensure welfare, safeguarding, and high standards of care across all year groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the school's pastoral strategies to promote progress and welfare for all students.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding practices and DBS checks as required.

The Deputy Head: Pastoral is a key member of the Senior Team, and this is a great opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced individual to take responsibility for leading the School's pastoral strategies to ensure the progress and welfare of every student. This role includes the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead.
