Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Very attractive and commensurate with experience

Repton School seeks to appoint an exceptional individual to the role of Deputy Head: Operations and Behaviour, to join our Senior Management Team from September 2026.

This is a high-profile leadership position at one of the UK’s leading co-educational boarding and day schools. Repton is a school of over 1,000 pupils, rooted in heritage yet shaped by innovation. It occupies a beautiful campus in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside and forms the flagship of the Repton Family of Schools - an expanding global group of schools in the UK and internationally.

The School received a glowing ISI inspection report in 2024, with all standards met and sport recognised as a significant strength. Inspectors also praised the School’s skilled and committed teachers, its inclusive ethos, and its success in preparing pupils to achieve highly in public examinations and beyond.

We offer an attractive remuneration package including:

  • A generous pension scheme (option to remain TPS or joined our defined contribution scheme (Avivia APTIS) at 22%)
  • Accommodation
  • Free use of Repton’s world-class recreational and sporting facilities
  • Private healthcare (with family extension option)
  • A strong commitment to CPD and professional growth
