We are offering a Fixed Term/Secondment for up to 12 months, to cover maternity leave for our Deputy Head of Rostering and Temporary Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader, with an in-depth knowledge of eRostering and Temporary Staffing.
The Temporary Staffing and Rostering Teams are part of the People and Culture Division. It provides effective management of temporary staffing placements within the Trust, in order to support a flexible, safe and cost-effective workforce.
The Deputy Head of Rostering and Temporary Staffing is responsible for service delivery, operational management and leadership of the Temporary Staffing Team (8 staff) and the Rostering Team (6 staff).
