We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to shape the academic and strategic vision of Streatham and Clapham Prep School.
As a vital member of our Prep Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include overseeing teaching, learning, and academic outcomes. You will contribute to the development and execution of the school's strategic plan, ensuring that our policies and strategies support every pupil's success.
In addition, you will deputise for the Head of Prep when necessary, managing the school effectively in their absence and overseeing daily staff cover. You will also teach a reduced timetable.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in academic leadership, capable of inspiring others and implementing strategic development and change. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent teaching abilities. Previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant Head is advantageous.
