Job Description

Working alongside the Head of Legal Services, you will lead a team of approximately 12 staff, handling civil litigation and employment claims, with direct line management of at least 2 civil investigators and 2 insurance officers.

This role offers hybrid working and flexi-time options. Attendance at meetings, training, and court hearings in Hertfordshire is required.

Candidate Requirements
  • An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
  • Experience in civil litigation and employment law caseloads.
  • Experience in direct line management.
  • Ability to attend the office and court on a hybrid basis.
Salary

The salary range is £52,400 - £63,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
