We are seeking an exceptional candidate who is highly motivated for the role of Deputy Head of Faculty for Hospitality, Hairdressing, and Beauty Therapy. The ideal candidate will need to be committed with a positive and approachable attitude to ensure learners and staff meet targets and are provided with a positive and value-driven experience. This role involves ensuring high standards of quality across all curriculum programmes and commercial areas.
The faculty provides a specialist learning environment within our commercial restaurant, salons, and Spa, which encourages our learners to thrive and prepares them for progression in the industry. We offer a diverse range of courses, including full-time education for students at Level 1, 2, and 3, apprenticeships, and adult education programmes. Our key programmes for 16 to 19-year-olds include NVQ, VRQ, and Technical qualifications. As a Deputy, you will work closely with the Head of Faculty to manage a highly successful and creative team with a thriving commercial enterprise.
