A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for an Estates management professional to lead operations across multiple sites, including Chapel Allerton and Seacroft. This role requires delivering high-quality building and engineering services, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective staff management. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in healthcare estates management and relevant qualifications. Competitive salary of £64,455 to £74,896 per year plus benefits.
Werelooking for someone with specialist knowledge in the management of buildingservices to include "building and engineering" elements who canprovide the real drive to make a difference.
Youwill provide specialist, professional expertise, manage contracts, deliveroperational services and be the lead for Chapel Allerton, Seacroft and thePeripheral sites reporting to the Associate Director of Estates. You will makea real difference supporting and developingmaintenance strategies, providing management for highly specialisedsystems such as High and low voltage, etc. You will be vital in supporting ourteams as part of one of the largest and busiest acute hospital trusts in theUK, being at the forefront of a dynamic team striving for excellence.
Asthe Estates Peripherals lead you will provide senior management to staff, shareexpert specialist information, be analytical in developing solutions, negotiatewith external agencies and demonstrate sound financial management. Thesuccessful candidate will use a variety of planning tools, record and establishasset management and plant histories via the Trusts works management systemand interpretlegaland Technical Guidance.
Thejob includes:
Salarypro rata Band 8B £64,455 to £74,896
Annualleave 27 days per annum + statutory bank holidays rising to 33 days withservice.

Thisrole provides the following services to the Trust: -
To be responsible for themanagement of the larger Estate.
To include the maintenance andrepair of all building fabric, utilities and engineering services, within theTrust, using the best possible business and working practices.
To manage contracts, both internaland external, in addition to all levels of directly employed staff, to ensurethe delivery of operational services.
To be responsible for managing andcomplying with all statutory instruments and guidance ensuring best practicerelated to building fabric and engineering services.
Provide expert specialist andprofessional building and engineering expertise and advice to seniormanagement of the Trust and external agencies.
Manage the duties of AuthorisedPersons throughout the Trust and carry out the duties and responsibilities ofan Authorised Person for specific installations.
