An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Lead Manager for Elective RTT Pathways. This is a lead management role within Performance & Informatics responsible for elective RTT pathway development, implementation and management of processes and systems to provide assurance that the Trust is managing access to patient services appropriately. The post has key functions as a Trust expert on Patient Access policies and is responsible for leading on the development and maintenance of operational procedures in accordance with national guidelines. The post holder will work with Clinical Groups to provide governance and challenge against national standards and key performance indicators taking necessary action to ensure that they are delivered.
