The Scout Association is seeking a Deputy Head of Digital Delivery to lead a dynamic team in delivering digital transformation for youth engagement. This role combines leadership and digital project management aimed at enhancing skills for young people while promoting a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
Title: Deputy Head of Digital Delivery
Location: Gilwell Park, E4 7QW (with remote working, one or two days in the office per week)
Salary: £72,000.00 per annum (Band H Level 3 - inclusive of Outer London Weighting & Market Supplement)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Now, they are focused on embedding digital tools and continuously improving them, ensuring sustainable products that support 450,000 young people gaining Skills for Life every week.
We are looking for a senior digital leader to guide this talented team, embedding best practices in Product Management, Delivery Management, and Business Analysis.
Note: This is not a Programme Manager role.
