The Role

In this role you'll deputise for the Head of Department, lead curriculum development across your specialist trade, coach staff, and drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across apprenticeships and study programmes.

The Person

• Construction background (e.g. Carpentry, Brickwork, Multi-Trades, or similar)
• Teaching/assessing qualification
• Proven record delivering training/assessment

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Head of Department; support day-to-day leadership and quality
• Lead curriculum design, delivery standards, and innovation
• Mentor/coach staff to raise teaching, learning, and assessment outcomes
