This is a unique leadership opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated educator who is passionate about sixth form education and ready to shape the strategic direction of a thriving post-16 provision, while driving excellence in Business & Economics.
The Role:
Support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a large, successful Sixth Form
Lead the Business & Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and outcomes
Deliver outstanding lessons and contribute to curriculum development
Mentor and support colleagues within the sixth form and subject team
Work closely with the senior leadership team to enhance academic performance and student experience

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree
Proven experience in post-16 education and subject leadership (Business &/or Economics)
Strong track record of student achievement
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
A commitment to continuous professional development and raising standards
