The Role:
· Support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a large, successful Sixth Form
· Lead the Business & Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and outcomes
· Deliver outstanding lessons and contribute to curriculum development
· Mentor and support colleagues within the sixth form and subject team
· Work closely with the senior leadership team to enhance academic performance and student experience

Candidate Requirements:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree
· Proven experience in post-16 education and subject leadership (Business &/or Economics)
· Strong track record of student achievement
