Sous Chef | Full time

The Role |

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with strong food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

Requirements |

  • Passionate about supporting your team through training and development while maintaining high standards.
  • Experienced in managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
