We are looking for a Deputy Head Chef to join our team at Wagamama in Chester. As a leader passionate about food quality and standards, you will inspire and engage your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The Role:

• Lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
• Plan shifts and manage resources effectively.
• Support with food safety, health and safety standards, and financial performance including stock control and labour costs.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment, recognizing individual achievements.

Ideal Candidate:
